These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, with consideration of applicable European Union law. The courts of Prague, Czech Republic, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law provisions.
If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK, you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable law.
